Need some features on site resign website features made better or corrected.

I have a coupon system set up on my site and will like to have a way of getting new customers to register with a pop immediately when they visit the site, then provide an email address, and we will offer new comers deals “ some percentages off”. **************List to accomplish is below **************** 1 ) Design implement a banner to pop up-- join us banner for receiving coupons 2) Design implement a banner to be use all the time on site main page for - coupon of the month 3) Design or implement a mechanism to track our users who come to our site to find deals then we can send them a quick discount coupon for 24 hrs real time cut deals or discount. 4) I have searched by alphabetic -Brand names and it not working right ---need fix and have some type of way to let customer see what is been searches most on our site & our top sellers list Please you make sure that this working fine before I pay last Money!!! Please understand this requirement before u bid & show me something before I can assign this project.!!!!!
