oscommerce website for diamond inventory

We are looking for a company with extensive zenCart/osCommerce/creloaded experience or else relevant PHP shopping cart experience to help us setup a custom website for our diamond inventory. Please note that we do not want a site thats look like a website using oscommerce (i.e. we can install oscommerce ourselves and plug in our own inventory if thats all we needed). Rather, we want to emulate [login to view URL] but still use oscommerce underneath to leverage the built in code. We also need a search wizard to let customers search and find suitable diamonds from our inventory. There are really two parts: a)the underlying infrastructure to store each diamond (with standard attributes like color, carat size, color, clarity, etc). and some basic search wizard interface (eg. pick your stones cut, next step pick your desired size, etc). b)the main website itself with education, contact, etc. If you want a simple explanation, we want to mimic many aspects of the following sites: a)[login to view URL] b)[login to view URL] Please note: we already hired one consultant who wasted about two months of our time, and so we cancelled the contract. Do not bid unless you have the capability to follow through and actually meet your own deadlines. We will only pay via escrow to avoid a repeat of this. The good news is we actually need multiple sites to be done, so if this project goes well, we have about 3 more follow-on jobs. We really want an elegant straight-forward site.
