El desarrollador deber tener tambien la capacidad de indicarnos el plan y el proveedor mas adecuado para el pleno funcionamiento de este proyecto, ademas de lograr la instalacion y puesta a punto en dicho hosting. Nosotros no dominamos el idioma ingles y debemos apoyarnos en traductores online, si el desarrollador domina o se defiende en el idioma español seria mucho mejor. Deben tomar en cuenta que el site seria diseñado para personas de habla hispana solamente, cuestion que deben tomar en cuenta. Tambien los administradores del site seran personas de habla hispana. asi que el panel de administracion deberia estar en ese idioma. El desarrollo sera construido en una moneda distinta al dolar americano o al euro.
