Php script install / simple website redesign-addon

I'm in need of someone that can install a script like phpcoin....for my hosting company....i want them to have a login in the front page...where they can access cpanel....etc.....click a link..and see if my server is up....basically a FULLY AUTOMATED web hosting tools script.....such as automatic account signup / creation etc......
i know someone out there has a script like this already.....if you can do this......i have a very low budget since this is a startup....
