prestashop theme customisation and Kassanova installation

I have the template [url removed, login to view] and and I need a few changes made. The attached image is a mock-up of the changes and below is a list of most of the changes. There may be some tweeks to be added after.
Change color of buttons
Change text color
change shopping cart box color
remove header image/box
Insert logo
Remove language flags
Remove currency box
Move ‘Welcome, (login) | Your Account’ to left of search bar and cart button
Insert text to on right of header
Remove Dark Grey Header Bar
Insert Logo and max size between top of page and header menu

Add social networking buttons
We need help installing the theme on our prestashop account. There has been some work done by another local designer who is no longer contactable. We may need to source new hosting and change settings so the new template can be implemented.
I would also like to use the Kassanova POS for prestashop. I have been unsuccessful installing the demo as the former designer was unfamiliar with the program and was not able to provide me with the right details for the software to connect to the prestashop database. I will need help installing Kassanova and getting it running.
