86112 Redesign community site

I am looking for a person to redesign this community/social networking site I bought from Alstrasoft ([login to view URL]). I own the software and I am able to get all latest updates and stuff. We want to change the whole lay out of the site, there are a few bugs on the code that needs to be fix. We are looking for preferably a team of people or a company to work on this for us. We are not looking to change the codes, since we like the different functionality of the site, however we need to customize the site and make better, more user friendly and move vibrant.
