Redesign and expand website

I want to redesign and expand my existing web site located at www.mindscapeimagery.com. A) I need to put together a new home page graphic for you to replace the current home page graphic. B) You will turn the graphic into a home page that has two sections/links - one link that links to a photography gallery, and the other links to the existing art gallery. C) The photography gallery: I like a basic design that shows the pictures to the left and has black background: "Flash Thumbnail Template -- Single Thumbnail Column Left." ([login to view URL]). Alternatively, please see the web site of my photography acquaintance Bryan Hansel at [login to view URL] I would also be happy with this type of gallery design. I would like to have topic specific gallery categories like his that when clicked on reveals the topical gallery for each respectively. The topical gallery sections I would want to have: 1) Waterfalls, 2) Winter Wonderland, 3) City Scapes, 4) Mayan 2012, 5) Wildlife, 6) Yellowstone National Park, 7) Everything Nature. I have 3-10 photos for each section. After clicking into each it would display the photos using the "Flash Thumbnail Template -- Single Thumbnail Column Left" or it would display as shown in Bryan Hansel's gallery listed above. D) You would hide the current Shopping Cart and instead we would have a page with note stating a few basic prices and to call me to place an order. E) You would add a few more art pics to the existing art gallery that I provide. F) You would replace the existing Artist Bio and Artist Statement and Exhibitions content/text with new text I would provide. G) I do not email any of my art/photos for security reasons. H) I would prefer a method where I can upload more photos anytime myself as well as update text so let me know if this is an option and how it would work and the cost. I) Longer term I would also like to change some of the graphics on the existing pages to better represent the type of art and photography I am currently creating. I would like this priced separately. I would like to know the cost per item above and total cost, and the estimated time it take to complete this work.
