Responsive Wordpress Theme Required

Looking for an experienced and talented wordpress developer to create a new wordpress theme for use on some of our lead generation websites. Most of these will be fairly simple mini sites. The design should be modern, corporate but with a customer service feel. It should meet the following requirements: - responsive design - seo optimised - page speed optimised (should achieve 90+ score on google pagespeed) - image slider - shortcodes, such as icons, tabs, etc - contact forms - breadcrumb navigation - cross browser compatible - clean commented code - customizabe menus The theme will be used on multiple sites, so it should include a theme options page, making it easy to customize the following: Logo Colour scheme Layouts etc. When bidding, please provide examples of wordpress themes you have developed. If you have created sites with theme options pages before, please highlight what options are customizable from this page, and ideally provide login details to a demo site so I can take a closer look at your work.
