SEO / Web Design / Coder

I am looking for an EXPERIENCED and multi-talented SEO / Web Design / coding person that has a solid history of performing good work and can work Monday-Friday, 9am � 5pm ON US TIME (GMT -5). The person must have VERY GOOD ENGLISH!!! I AM WILLING TO PAY WELL FOR GOOD PEOPLE, BUT PLEASE DON�T WASTE MY TIME. BE FAIR AND HONEST!! This position will involve working on multiple Websites, doing SEO, design, HTML/CSS coding, link development, server administration work, etc. You will be taking instructions from and performing the execution. Quite often there will be things outside of these areas that you will need to do, like crunch data in excel, create reports, etc. so you must be a FAST THINKING, QUICK LEARNING and CREATIVE person. This is a FULL-TIME position, so please do not bid on this if you are looking for a �project� type scenario. I am looking for a LONG-TERM employee that can work exclusively with me. REQUIRED SKILLS: � Very good English and attention to detail. � On-Page SEO (content, meta tags, internal linking, etc.) � Link Development (high-quality link development only, NO SPAM). � Website Design (doing high quality designs from scratch in Photoshop). � Slicing from PSD to HTML/CSS. � Very Strong capabilities in HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. � Very Strong LAMP skills Linux, Apache, MySql, PHP � SSH, vi, cron, etc. � Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Places, etc. � Microsoft Office � Word, Excel, Office, etc. � Dreamweaver & Flash are a strong plus! � Strong understanding of Wordpress, Drupal, etc. Please send me examples of sites you�ve worked on. I�d like to see the designs you�ve done and some of the code you have created. I will also be asking for references.
