Updateing skadate dating template and features

We are using Skadate dating software we need to design a new template for skadate dating site that similar to badoo dot com and adding 10 features. You willl be hired to use any features update and upgreade so make sure you are able to do the job done. 1- feature called " Meet up" . users will be suggested with the closest match and they will click on " YES" or "NO" to meet up question they use it in badoo , hi5 , and the accepted users will go to meet up list and other users will be notified. 2-users must use their computer webcam to record 1 min greeting which will be used as their profile as a greeting video and from cp admin can choose users must upload up to X# of photo to use some features or messaging . 3- site will offer to upgrade to paid service using popup window every time users login 4-auto geodetect when visitors browsing just like POF show the users proper profile based on their IP. 5-convert to Ajax profile and forms. other features will be discussed once your are awarded.
