vBulletin CMS Module / Profile Integration

Hello,

I'm currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to modify and create modules and some other php / sql work to an existing vBulletin forum. We are looking to create modules or do an overhaul on our vBadvanced CMS modification. We use a custom feed modification which also must be integrated into this CMS page. We are looking for someone who can provide high standard work in a quick moderate time frame.

Have a basic understanding of the vBulletin software is a plus, as I can't afford to pay someone to learn how this software functions.
