Web browser game creation

Hello, I need to discuss the eventual making of a web browser game, in terms of time and type of knowledge needed , in order to prepare my finances. I have already had some discussions with other designers i am actually comparing offers, guarantees and experience About the games scale it should scalable, with a basis of 1 000 to 10 000 max players, exceeding players being redirected to additional servers. This will mostly depend on the price of this website architecture. I would like to release the game either on Facebook, or the web or both, could you please indicate me the corresponding cost ? I have partners who might take a part of the graphic work in charge, they use blender and Photoshop illustrator is this compatible with your work ? I would also appreciate to have a quote as detailed as possible, with an indicated price for every part of graphic creation or encoding. finally the last part of the document "addendum" is a set of additional game mechanics to be included if the total price sounds reasonable, please indicate the price for each additional rule (about 10) separately.
