Web design for small company

We are start up company with knowledge of logo,video design,and business cards...we will need a website for our new company.

The company name is "design-mansion" and i will provide all necessary materials to the selected winner.

Basically the company by itself will make logos,and videos,and business cards...and it will have section for designers and [url removed, login to view] when someone wants to make a logo he will need to post a project and other designers will come and bid on it...similar to this site...but with less [url removed, login to view] the site needs to have something like e-store so we can charge people for creating,and posting projects and other stuff...If you need anything else contact me by PM.

Other thing to have in mind because this is start up company we will only consider offers up to 60$.
