I am looking for a webcam chat script. I am not interested in cheap scripts that can be downloaded from the internet, if that is what you offering please do not contact me.
The design has to be clean and functional, very similar to [url removed, login to view] and streamate.com.
Webcam & Chat box functions:
* Free public chat - registered and non-registered members can view this free show, and a toggle for the model to choose whether non-registered viewers can use the chat feature or not needs to be available to the model.
* Group-chat (paid viewing & chat for multiple customers at once) - (shows a "Join the group chat now!" message which will allow them to pay to enter group chat)
* Private chat (paid 1on1 viewing & chat - rate set by model)
* Private chat with 'peep-show' enabled (paid 1on1 viewing & chat - discounted rate (set by model) for allowing others to watch in but with no chat ability) - (When model is occupied in private chat and client has allowed peep-show, a message should be displayed letting people know they can pay to enter 'peep-show' of the private session).
* 'Peep-Show' - others can pay to watch in on the private session if peep-show has been enabled by the client (rate set by model).
* Model can receive 'tips' from viewers (in free/group/private chat) sent directly to model's account.
* Model has ability to stream webcam in HD.

Free-Customers (unregistered):
* Can view model for free in the free show.
* Can chat in chatbox with no ability to style their text or send smilies in their messages. (providing the model has guest-chat turned on)
* Can tip the model (by clicking a 'tip' button and entering the amount, then entering payment details for the tip).
* Can view free 'soft' images/videos of model (selected by model).
Registered Members:
* Can view model for free in the free show.
* Can chat in the chatbox with text-styles (colours, bold, italic etc) and use smilies in their messages.
* Can tip the model (by clicking a 'tip' button and entering the amount, then entering payment details for the tip).
* Can buy credits to use for private/group chat (rates set by model).
* Can view free 'soft' images/videos of model (more images than unregistered members - selected by model).
* Can pay to view premium image sets/videos (or use credits to purchase access to these videos / images) - (prices set by model).
VIP Members (set monthly fee):
* VIP badge in chatbox.
* Gets discounted group/1on1 private chat (discount set by model).
* Gets discounted access to videos/images (discount set by model).
* Access to VIP only videos and images (free & exclusive for VIPs).

Model's controls:
* Manage profile (model's info, sizes, biography, photos etc).
* Manage which images/videos can be viewed by unregistered/registered/VIP Only members.
* Manage rates for group-chat, private chat (standard), private chat with peep-show enabled, peep-show, and discount rates for VIP members (group, private, private with peepshow).
* Manage prices for viewing various image sets/videos, and discount rates for VIP members.
* Model can toggle whether non-registered viewers can type in chat or not.
* Model can enter 'group-chat' mode which displays a message to non-paying people such as "Join the group chat now!" which will allow them to pay to join the group-chat.
* Model can record their performances and allow them to be viewed on a PPV basis.
* Model can view info of guests / members in chatbox (ie: username, IP, Location, Member Status)
* Model can mute/unmute/kick/ban annoying viewers (ban should be setable for 'x' amount of time/days, or permanent).
Client area:
* Join page - with automated username/email availability check.
* Account page - Choose 'chat name' for use in chatbox, change password, display picture, etc.
* Add funds page - can add funds via various common internet payment portals such as paypal.
* Transactions reports.
* Paid sessions report (info on how credits were used, minutes watched, etc).
Admin area:
* Statistics ie: money earned (categorised by method - ie: group chat, private, tips).
* Live stats report shows real-time stats on who is currently located on the site and who he is watching now.
* Ability to manage customers: enable/disable account; block all IP addresses used by particular customers to enter video chat.
* Block/unblock by IP Address (* wildcard for IP range bans)
* Admin can moderate model's chatbox with full functionality (ie: mute/unmute/kick/ban/rename) without seeing the webcam stream in case model needs assistance with problematic users.
* Ability to set the transaction descriptions sent to paypal and other portals so that any statements the client receives will not display any details of the Adult PPM/PPV site.
* Logs of kicks/bans (with usernames, IPs, etc) made by model.
