Website Add On

We need to create an add on onto our current website and database within the site. The add on is an automated email program that would run queries to find clients of our that match about 6 criteria and generate an email list that will then allow manual selection of specific customers and once selected send a specific email. The body of the email would also be different with each email, as it will have to pull data contained within our site as we classify specific information. The notes and attachments explain in detail and I will send these to qualified bidders for complete review and allow you to revise your bid. The programmer must be familiar with yahoo hosting and the limitations that they have on specific code and be able to creatively write code for what we must accomplish that will work within the scope of yahoo and the current parameters of our site. The current functionality of the current website must not be compromised as some of the new add on will require some change to existing code, but any needed change must keep the integrity of existing functions. You must also be able to provide a test server where we can test the add on and its function within the scope of our website.
