Website Development for Accounting Association Website

We are an accounting firm based in Sydney and we are looking to get our association site developed. The design of the website will be based on our current company site which will be supplied to the successful freelancer.
The new site will basically be a duplicate of our current site with different logos, branding, variation of sitemap, navigation and slight content changes.
The criteria for the website include:
SEO friendly structure and optimization
Able to be edited easily via CMS (Adobe Business Catalyst)
Links to associated firms websites
Consistent navigation and structure to our current company site
You must have extensive experience working with website development and the Adobe Business Catalyst CMS system. Strong communication skills are a must to ensure we are kept in the loop with the project at all times.
In order to be considered please submit your previous work, experience and skills.
This project needs to be completed by 30/05/2011. If you cannot complete this project by this time frame please do not bid.
Please DO NOT bid if you do not have experience with Adobe Business Catalyst.
