363080 Website plus admin

I want a new website with a easy admin interface build. The website is going to be an affiliate typ of site for the weight loss industry. I have attached a really simple example how I think it should be structured. I want rss feeds and also that the site pick up articles relevant to this segment. Also need to be able to put up my own articles. The site needs to be built search engine friendly and if the SEO professional that I'll be hiring after the site is completed have any changes he wants to be made on the site so that it will be good for SEO it should be done at NO COST by the winner of this project! Please provide a mockup design suggestion for the site. Google analytics needs to be installed on the site.
