Wordpress site user/pass area creation

We require a web programmer to work on our wordpress page.

I am also looking for a programmer to create both a job submission form with fields that can be changed in word press if required, and a database login/password function, "membership style function. if there is a current plugin for this then that is fine, it needs to be fully customised however.

The basic details are as follows.

Part 1: We will have customers that need to submit jobs through the website, so we need a form that can outline that job and send the job through to an email. (we have the fields already made on a spreadsheet) This should be fairly simple.

PArt 2: We also need a database setup so regular customers can register their details. so they can login and submit jobs in the future, then their details automatically come up.

The idea is to be able to have regular customers submit jobs without having to re-enter their contact details every time.

further to that….as we will be dealing with multiple businesses and their employees they will need to have a master account and be able to add (sub accounts) for the employees.

So for example

business 1 signs up with central details.. so company name, best contact, email etc and that should assign a group code. (for example USG01)

which for example could mean our business name "US" and group 01 "G01"

so then under that main registered business we have an employee register to log a job , so they will need to be associated with the main registered business so all the details of the main business come up as well as their individual information. They also get their own login so the job will be assigned to them

so their code could be USG01-Tony - using their first name.

Real life example

Widget corp signs up on our website registration page for a username and password to submit a job (regular client)

So they enter in the required information

Name : Widget Corp

Phone: 09XXXXXXXXX

email:

best contact name: Joe

address : 1/4 blah street

billing address and etc etc….

there is also a section to add in individual employees if required.

employee 1:

Name: Tony Blah

phone: 09XXXXXXX

email:

so once this registration is complete Tony gets emailed a code USG01-Tony

Then when Tony Blah comes back the following week, he just enters in his code USG01-Tony and then the details of Tony and Widget Corp appear automatically and he can just log a job and then we know where the job came from.

The idea is to be able to have regular customers submit jobs without having to re-enter there contact details each time.
