Zen Cart restore easy populate advanced PLUS future work

This is not a difficult project but the other purpose behind it is to find a reliable programmer for my zen cart site who speaks good english (close to my EST US time zone), whom I can communicate with easily and on short notice with quick response, to do upgrades and improvements for my site. It is a highly customized site - www.portablefoldingchairs.com. There will be additional work for the right person in web design, promotion, etc. - please send your experience with zen cart and examples of your work when responding if you think are the one I need. The project is: I purchased and had Easy Populate Advanced installed a couple of months ago and it is still in my files but not showing up on my admin. I just need someone to find the problem and correct it.
