AutoDialler

What I would like is very similar to a wardialler and I have looked at various programs that would be very close to the program I actually want but being a newbie to programming i don't know enough to modify a wardialler and do it myself. We have a large database which we contact people on a yearly basis. However as with any customer list sometimes the telephone numbers that we have listed can become obsolete with people moving, swapping telephone companies, being cut off etc and it can cost us a lot of time trying to contact these customers. As we are a small company with a limited budget every penny counts and in order to try and save time and money we would like to have a peice of software that we can import a database into and it will autodial the list, work out if the line is active, engaged, or dead, and output the results to a csv file. This then will save us time in trying to contact dead numbers. As you can see I am sure that someone could probably remodify a war dialler as it is very similar in workings but instead of looking for a carrier signal it just reports on whether the line is dead or live. Also if i could have two input boxes that i could enter a range of numbers that would be fantastic. I am sure that this is a very simple project for someone to do and although we are a new and small company i would be willing to cover anyones costs in this program and you would be helping 3 people to save their jobs.
