Custom PDF printer driver

A program that can Install and Uninstall (with a different commandline switch) a PDF Printer driver with a custom name, that can automatically save the PDF to a directory specified at installation, and call our application which will then deal with the PDF.

The driver does not need any user-configurable options.

We would prefer that the installation of this printer driver is fully automatic and silent after specifying the commandline options. We don't care if it uses ghostscript or whatever, but it must be compatible with XP and Vista.
