A data file output template creation program (C#)

Program description: The program? creates a xml template by selecting different fields from a fields database to specify fields needed in an output stock data file. To be written in C# What needs to be delivered: The? program that generates the template A “fields master?? master maintenance program to maintain fields master Otf_reader class/control (about 10 properties) to get information from the template xml Demonstration program with a simple UI to demo use of otf_reader The program will need installer. The installer should associate .otf files with this program Additional notes: This is a brief description, detailed description, more details, proposed UI etc. will be given once your bid is under consideration. I will send you detailed document and ask your before I accept your bid. If you do not feel up to it, I will not choose your bid so you can go ahead and bid based on this information. My max bid price is somewhat higher than what other buyers would offer for a similar assignment. This is done intentionally to attract coders with higher quality standards who take price in their work. Having said that please do not bid if you are intending to push a low quality, rush job or if you are working on more than one project at the moment. I will not select your bid in that case.
