RePost... Mass Emailer / Email Addresses

Well my last post was unclear... here is a new description: There are 3 things i would like... i have 3 laptops... one with xp and one with 2000 and one with slackware linux so it doesnt matter what os this is written for. I want to be able to install a mass emailer on my laptop and be able to have the laptop be a e-mail server. whatever network i plug into have it be able to send mail. i need to be able to send html email that is my ideal solution... i find alot of wireless networks around my neighborhood and it would be cool to send mass email on some of them. ok i got comments on another one of my auctions from someone that can provide e-mail addresses at 50$ per Million. he would ensure that the million work or he would give me replacement emails for the addresses that didnt work. I would like e-mails from the United States.
