Change Wordpress theme with some fixes - repost

Hello teams, What we have: --------------------- We have a website which is based on wordpress and using a theme. Website is having 750+ posts and 2000+ documents attached to these posts. It is a live site with thousands of hits everyday. Existing website can be found here : d_t_f_._i_n (remove underscore) We have a new wordpress theme we need to change with existing one. heme can be found here [login to view URL] What we want: --------------------- We want our new theme to be replaced with this new [login to view URL] theme is much more neat in terms of look and layout. Our client want their new theme to be a news based layout which this new theme can become after some layout changes. Wordpress version needs to be upgraded Downloading of documents is handled by a plugin which needs to be upgraded as well. Home page sections will be similar to existing website with few changes will be suggested by us after selection. We need everything else to work fine once changing of new theme is done. Terms: ---------- We are a 10 year old company and we always pay. No money without completing project. Since website is live right now winning team will work on a dummy server provided by us an will change the theme later on. We will provide the backup of the website after selecting the winning team. Project is to be completed in 3-4 days after selecting the team.
