Complete a WordPress Page Template

We presently have a WordPress template from WOOthemes. I also have a template from YOOthemes.

I have started to take the index page from the YOOtheme template and create a page template in the WOOtheme template. I am also looking to move the styles from YOO to WOO. I have worked on it for a few hours and realize that a person with the right skills could knock this out very quickly.
