Custom Wordpress WooCommerce shop - need a few tweaks

Hi Everyone! I need 2 small tweaks to be done to my online shop. Live domain: [login to view URL] Okay so what we need: 1) When we setup a new product, we can specify the price, and give it a picture.. also we can put in the weight and other parameters... but we have only the choice between Canada Post/UPS, or Pick Up only for delivery methods.. I need the choices to allow me to choose how an item gets delivered. I do not want the client to have any options. They can contact me if they require special arrangements. Each product will have a delivery method pre set by me on the backend, in the same place where I give all the parameters of the product (or some other place, as long as you show me how). The choices I want to have: Canada Post Fedex UPS Pick Up Woo Commerce is set up for all the countries through EITHER Canada Post or UPS. I want to have the choice to do what I want for every product. Woo Commerce is set up for all the countries through EITHER Canada Post or UPS right now which is very annoying. 2) I have a third party Insurance to cover everything except UPS, but that won't really concern you. I just need to be able to bill the client for Insurance and Handling without them having to add that to cart as it is now. Just try to go through a check out... you will see that before you add the product to the shopping cart, that you will have a choice to put 2 checkmarks for insurance and handling. Those must be added without the customer choosing. Those are NECESSARY charges and must be shown as Necessary and automatically added to the cart every time a product is added. It would be best if we could also choose this on the backend when we setup a product (some products don't have insurance so they will have a handling fee only.. BUT IT IS NECESSARY AND IT IS NOT A CHOICE so we should put a checkmark somewhere on the back end and the customer will see it as a charge and not as an option instead of it being offered as an option. I hope all is clear.. I have a budget of 100$ so if I can find someone who can do those 2 small tweaks to my shop for a quick 100$ I will gladly hire you. I will be giving you some FTP credentials where you will be able to download the Wordpress files and also the SQL dumps. I cannot let you in to the live site.
