572057 Document Mailer Script or WordPress Plugin 2

I am looking to build a PHP / MySQL Script or WordPress Plugin to Send Documents to Users from Admin Area. Front End: 1. Users Sign in to their Member Area 2. Users Upload their Zip file with several pdf documents(up to 100MB) to Admin Area 3. Users get a confirmation when the upload is successful or an error message if not successful 4. User can send Message to Site Admin 5. User Can Access Documents sent to them by by Site Admin. Back End (Admin) 1. Plugin or Script turns Uploaded Zip File containing documents (invoices, statements and other reports and correspondence) into secure e-mails that are sent to customers all at once. Instead of printing, sorting, stuffing and mailing stacks of paper, or e-mailing documents one-by-one, the script does all the work. 2. Once extracted, Zip File “explodes” (bursts or splits) into the individual PDF attachments based on HIDDEN EMAIL TAGS in the original document.
