I have several enquiry forms on an accommodation website. Whenever a user sends an enquiry they mostly get a returned email saying: - it could not be delivered - Permanent Error - No such user here. The strange thing is that the email actually gets through to the destination. I'd like to stop this error message being sent. With another form (same site) an auto email is sent saying "you've just sent an enquiry... etc" indicating it went through successfully. The issue here is that this doesn't reach its destination at all. Obviously I'd love for these enquiries to get through. I'd love someone to help with these issues ASAP. Hello, I am a software engineer with a bachelors degree and about 10 years experience. Depending on the form plugin, it could be sending using a few different methods, it could use PHP's sendmail library, or unix's mail system depending on how the plugin works. You need someone to check your logs and advise you from there what to do, you may need to use a new form plugin or you may need to setup your unix mail settings in a different way. I am happy to help you out.
