Fix Featured Image cropping in Wordpress Website

[login to view URL] it was working before: the image is set as a featured image in a Page. Automatically it will display in the header slideshow and as a cropped image in the website home page, please check attached file. [login to view URL] since a couple of weeks: the image is set as a featured image in Page. But it will not display n the home page or if the image is displayed, it is not cropped. Please, see attached file. The Wordpress theme worked well and cropped images automatically until recently. But now if I delete the old featured images and setup new ones, it will not crop anymore. ------ This is the second time I post this project. The first developer I hired could not solve the cropping issue, so image crop will be automatic on image upload (as it used to be). Please, if you do not have the necessary competencies, do not post an offer for this project. Thank you for your understanding.
