New Wordpress site required (PSD to WP, coding, forms)

You will have the following:

• Show me live website examples of your previous Wordpress work.
General:
This job requires the following.
Homepage coding and customisation:
1. Take my designs (in .PSD) and create a wordpress theme
2. Create all navigation (static top menus x 5, dynamic side menu with flyouts, footer menus x 40),
3. Rotating slider image
4. Create sliding client logos.
5. Create a search function with 5 variables.
6. Newsletter email capture sending info to my email.
7. Search function, 5 x fields, drop down menu selections.
2nd level page
1. Create a template for a secondary menu page that lists all the events by sport.
2. Each sport will link to an event page.
3rd Level page
1. Create a template for a 3rd level page as per the PSD
2. You will need to design a matrix template that can compare a range of different products with different packages across the top, with benefits down the side, and tick boxes in the middle. There is a PSD for this.
3. Install customised forms.
Blog:
I have a blog template in .PSD that needs to be themed.
Calendar plugin and customised:
I would like to have a calendar with all the events listed by month. Events that are posted are populated in the calendar.
