PSD to Wordpress

I'm in need of someone to convert two PSDs to Wordpress templates. The two PSDs consist of a Homepage with a slider which should display three images with a image hovering over the slider area acting as a link for people to click, a header (with a one level dropdown menu) and footer, with a place for blog posts and event posts (which would be great if linked with a calendar) and a scrolling information box. The second PSD which will be for the content will have the same header as the homepage, a slightly different footer, a graphic which will require a breadcrumb javascript script and a box for the content. The header and footers will need to stretch across the page horizontally and the footer needs to stay at the bottom of the window, even if there is little content. You can use any amount of free plug-ins or scripts as long as everything works. Thanks for reading! -JF
