Wordpress website templates and sites designed quickly

Im looking for a person or company to work with that can design and layout the text and plug ins in wordpress sites, i have many sites from time to time so Im not looking for a one time job,you must be able to communicate almost everyday that work is getting done except for when you are off work in your time frame, Im located in the US and will need to email you from time to time with information. Im looking for a set fee to do these sites,most of them have ten or less pages, you must be able to integrate calendars,plug ins,social links,etc into the site as well as photos,galleries,videos. I want a set fee for this project and then Ill discuss upon receiving pricing what the first sample project will be,if your price isnt what Ive been paying Ill not take the bid,you must also plan to load this into my c-panel. I also want to know what turn around time for a site based on ten pages so please put the turn around time in your message to me,I am planning to hire more than one person for these projects as well.
