99773 Billing System Creation

We're looking for an experienced developer to create a billing system for us. The system should be built on php /mysql. Core Functions that are required: User Payment Methods: credit card ([login to view URL] gateway), paypal Subscription based (recurring billing based on 1,2,3,6,12,24,36 month cycles). Email invoices, auto batch credit card payments. Creation / suspension / cancellation logic for packages. Create the logic to prepare to pass the data to an external system. the actual passing of data is not a concern. Packages, addons for packages, coupons ( free month(s), fixed $ off of package, Percentage off of package) Order process should integrate with varilogix afis. Credit cards to be stored in the system.
