Joomla Expert or Joomla to Wordpress Expert needed to complete site

I need a Joomla expert to help me complete a site that is 60% completed. Please feel free not to put in a bid price initially as I will be creating a shortlist of top quality workers that i will give all the intricate details to, at which time you may formally bid and i will select the worker from there. We also need detailed instructions/tutorials on how to add pages and information to this site. We usually like to build sites in wordpress and are familiar on how to get around within the wordpress admin. If you would like to recreate this site in wordpress that would be prefered but obviously you would be starting srom scratch and creating a custom theme.
