**Qmailer design specification:** **Introduction:** Qmailer is a web based email campaign management system. Companies use it to send rich HTML and now SMS messages to customers. **Brand:** While no brand exists for Qmailer itself, Q Web Development the providers of Qmailer have an existing logo which should be used as a starting point: **Logo:** Please feel free to be quite creative with your interpretation of the existing Q brand for use with Qmailer. We need a new logo which while reinforcing the existing brand of Q, clearly defines Qmailer as a standalone product. **What are we trying to convey?:** Ease of use, cost effective, high quality. **Site Design:** We need a high white space, modern div/css based design. Taking a similar layout feel to… <[login to view URL]> We are looking for a vibrant and lively site. Strong colours and rich graphics. Good use of gradients for backgrounds. Clear graphical borders with use of shadows where appropriate. **Graphics:** We will need some stock imagery to complement the design. People using laptops etc. These images should have a high impact and should blend well into the design. **Navigation:** Navigation should be in the form of tabs. We also need some form of sub navigation. OR: Dropdown menus ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Cross browser compatible.
