Website Layout, Graphics, General website maint.

Hello,

We are looking for a talented webmaster to take our website content and make put it into an attractive, clean, and professional page layout that delivers our message with more impact to our visitors.

Here is our web page templates (in progress)

We will provide the text content for the pages of the site and it is your job to improve the way that content looks on the page. We are looking for someone who really knows how to layout and design an attractive page.

Here is a list of things that you should be skilled in doing to create a page. Not all of these things will be done on each page, but this is just a general list:

- create graphical headlines similar to what is on the home page

- insert stock photos that are appropriate and complementary to the content. Resize photos to fit the flow and not dominate the layout

- create graphics/charts to illustrate a point

- create attractive graphical buttons and other call to action graphics.

- create forms and get them to do what we want

- integrate forms with a database (this is not 100% required, but if you cannot do this please let us know in your bid)

- make the layout of the form professional, attractive, and easy to follow

- Layout the page with the visitor in mind with the purpose of driving them to our preferred action.

We want the pages to be clean and professional (no clipart or animation) There is such a thing as having too much going on in a web page and we do not want that. We want our message to be communicated first and foremost.

This project if for 10 completed pages. If successful we will give you the rest of the pages on the site and possibly 3 other sites we need completed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
