Wordpress Theme Modification & Upgrading(repost)

I need some modification work on a Wordpress theme I own and distribute. Please refer to that attachment and make your bids after you understand the requirements. Blog name should be on top, with a H1 font, and blog description should appear beneath that, with a significantly smaller font (H3) Search Engine Optimization: •Page titles: to override normal Wordpress structure and implement title structure similar to what is currently done by the Optimal Title plugin: [login to view URL] •Page HTML title, blog name and blog description should be derived from the values entered in Wordpress itself, with the following structure: oPage title structure for individual posts should be: Post Name : Category : Blog Name oPage title structure for static page: Page Name : Blog Name oPage title structure for category page: Category Name : Blog Name oPage Title for archives page: Archives Name : Blog Name oPage Title for search page: Search Title : Blog Name oPage Title for tags page: Tag Name : Blog Name oPage Title for index page: Blog Description : Blog Name CSS / Design •No additional design elements requires, but do clean us redundant CSS Optimization / Compatibility •Tag pages must work with the Ultimate Tag Warrior plugin •Must be compatible with Wordpress 2.1x •Optimized for both Firefox and Internet Explorer •Must be XHTML compliant. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
