Build login page and exchange data using API

BACKGROUND:
We sell software via our website. Our payment provider is ClickBank.
When a customer makes a purchase, he or she receives an email confirmation from ClickBank, including a receipt number.
The software we sell is authenticated using an Account number it runs on so each client needs to send us their account number. We then enter this account number on our admin panel on the MQLLOCK site manually.
We would like to automate this last part of the process.
PROJECT:
The project is relatively simple:
1. Add a login page to a wordpress site (see example #1)
2. Add a user input page where user can change his account number (see example #2)
All data flow will go via API to MQLLOCK. We have the [url removed, login to view] and documents for you.
