Project Short Description:
This project is to transfer an existing website into a WordPress site as well as adding a blog page and updating the text content of some of the pages with the new content and some other tasks as per our project's mandate that will be shared with you. The new WordPress site should "EXACTLY" look like and works as the current Non-WordPress site both on the desktop as well as on all the responsive views unless for the parts that the project's mandate specified to make it different.
You should sign Freelancer NDA agreement. Bidding on this project means that you have fully read and understand everything stated in this project's description and you abide by it.
We are extremely strict on deadlines, if you can't meet deadlines don't bid on this project. Weekends are also counted in the deadlines you give us. So if you say 7 days for the deadline in your proposal that means exactly 7 days regardless of how many of it is weekends or a national holiday in your country.
You have to triple check everything before having us to take a look; you are responsible for testing everything to make sure it works before letting us know that something is done and good for us to check.
Our only and only payment method is through Freelancer milestones. There will be one small initial payment to begin the project and the rest will be paid in three different milestones, 25% progress, 50% progress, and the rest upon delivery. Our team is in charge of assessment of project’s progress and we will release each milestone ourselves when we see that a milestone is reached. We pay only in Canadian dollars, and we assume all the bids are in Canadian dollars too. If you tell us that your bid was in USD or any other currency you automatically disqualify yourself.
There will be a bonus if you exceed our expectations or if you finish the project before your stated deadline. The decision to give a bonus and how much the bonus would be will rest entirely with us.
The awarded freelancer should provide free support and fix issues if something stops working for a 6 months time starting from the date the project get delivered. If you can’t meet this term don’t bid on the project.
