Create Custom Script Page

My Budget is $100
Developer will need to configure the PHP CodeIgniter script page with signup page. When a user clicks on join from the home pg they will signup and make payment. Once users have made their payment, they will need to verify their email and then they will be able to login to their account, however the custom script page (or content locker page) will prevent them from seeing the dashboard until the complete necessary steps. Then they will gain access.
The custom page acts as a content locker. This is a custom pg that needs to be designed like the example attached. I also have a sample script pg we can redesign or do from scratch. See attached images.
************FUNCTIONALITY OF SCRIPT**********************
1. 3 COUNTERS WHICH TRACK LINK CLICKS, USER SIGNUPS, AND NEEDED SIGNUPS
2. IT HAS A SPACE FOR A VIDEO
3. A TIMER THAT COUNTS DOWN FROM 24 HOURS. (Each new user will get their own 24hr countdown as well as counters, etc on their page)
4. A UPSELL ADD MORE TIME BUTTON (This button remains grayed out until the timer has 3 hours remaining. Then the button will become available to click. Once user has paid an additional $5 they will be given a new 24 hours on the timer.******* This needs to be programmed correctly**********
[login to view URL] OPTIONS AND A LINK COPY OPTION (users will share the opportunity with friends by whatsapp or messenger. And they will have an affiliate link they can share which will track their signups, and link clicks.
The custom pg shows countdown clock and referral counters, it has a share options for users to share the opportunity, and an option for users to buy a time extension. Users must get a minimum of 3 referrals before they gain access to the back-office and they are only given 24 hours. Once they have they get a success notification and then are given access to back-office. If they fail their account is deactivated.
*****Note:---- Developer will need to remove old code from current script. It doesnt work. Or will have to recode it********
