I own a building that has over 300 rooms for rent. Right now, I am using google sheet as my database and POS for collecting monthly fee.
I have to type in every data of water fee and electricity fee to google sheet and manual write receipt down by hand to the renters. Once the renter told me his room number, I have to find the room number in google sheet and check for total amount the own this month ( rent fee + water fee + electricity fee ). Then I type A in one of the cell in the same row of the room as to note it as paid.
What I want is to have a POS software which I can enter data of water and electricity in the system as easy as I do in google sheet.
And when the customer comes in and tell me their room number, I just have to type in the room number and the receipt will be shown up for 2 things : Pay and Print. Once I click Pay the system notes that the room is paid and when i click print it will print out the receipt.
Another thing is accounting system for this business.
There are other fees included salary, maintenance, etc, that must be enter into database for finding the revenue and profit.
