The application is a simple yet detailed platform, to manage multiple elements related to the work of our merchandisers and promoters in the field.
the merchandisers and promoters are field professionals that visit various retail outlets ( super markets, mobile shops, IT shops .. etc ) depending on the type of client that they are servicing.
These member are in charge of a variety of tasks in these markets, from collecting information about prices of products in the market, to the variety of items displayed, to the competitors information, competitors activities and such ( planogram management )
The platform / app must have the following features :
1- Real-time GPS Tracking of each team member location and route
2- Scheduling of daily/ weekly / monthly routes ( where each employee needs to go this day, from one location to several ) and this also needs to be assigned on a map ( similar to google )
3- Locations that members will visit need to be defined on the maps ( the software needs to also calculate the distances for each route to make it sensible for the planner and the field member )
4- Attendance management : the software will act as an automatic attendance manager, whereby each member will be required to have the app on their mobiles, and then the app will automatically register the attendance of each member once they approach the assigned work location.
5- Push messages/ Chat corner is needed ( groups needed similar to whatsapp )
6- The app needs to have a detailed reporting tool for prices ( each client served will have a database of items to be inserted in the setup phase of each client )
