Simple content database and admin page

I have a bootstrap HTML/CSS page design for a website, where I'd like to create a simple database and admin for content management. I am not interested in using Wordpress or other bulky CMS.
Here's the functionality needs --
1) MySql (possibly Amazon AWS) DATABASE -- for dynamic content (text, images, info) to proper pages/posts
2) ADMIN LOGIN -- Password protected admin page with only two functions -- Add post and Set slider images
3) ADD POST -- Form page with inputs for admin to add/edit article text content including WYSIWYG editor, inputs for meta text and info, inputs for social media sharing links, as well as inputs to choose/upload/order photos and add/edit the photo titles/keywords/captions (Photos will be displayed on the site via highslide gallery, as well as a designated featured hero image, gallery image, and pinterest image).
3) SET SLIDER IMAGES -- An admin page with a form to manually choose/change the slider images/links/title for the home page and top level pages.
This is a quick and easy project for someone with the skills. We will have more work for you if you are professional and quality worker.
