Hello,
The web application has the same business model as airbnb, but it is for swimming pools.
It's a french website, we aim to develop it in many countries.
It is made in php on CodeIgniter. We use Mysql as database and Filezilla as server.
I am my self a developer, I'm working on too many projects so I need to sub-contract this one.
Let me know which price seems fair to you for the tasks in the attached file.

TASKS :
TASK 1 Change allowed image size to 5mb
TASK 2 After a booking, ask the pool owner to validate the booking by mail
TASK 3 If the banking data are empty after posting your pool, ask the user to fill it
TASK 4 After booking the pool, remove the address visible
Task 5 Add in profile account of owner / renter :
- picture ID - picture justificatif de domicile / proof habitation
- connected to stripe API
TASK 9 : - When registering, display "you accept the general terms and conditions of sale" with a link to read them.
TASK 10 : Possibility to login or subscribe by Facebook or Google
TASK 11 : Possibility to enlarge photos on the catalog when you click on them
