Adjustments to Laravel script

I need this quick adjustments Laravel script that works like an online directory. Here's a list of changes:
1) pricing plans should allow to enter prices as $3,99 instead of rounded $4
2) In user registration form, it asks for City and address field as mandatory but it shouldn't
3) Country should be the mandatory field (based on this map usage might need to be adjusted to show an entire country automatically). Also be able to select more than one country
4) in new user registration form hide/remove address and phone number
5) in business profile don’t make latitud and longitude mandatory fields
6) Type of business should be always set to General (I believe it already does so) but hide the other 3 choices
7) be able to upload many records via phpmyadmin using a CSV file. I already do this easily but I need the uploads to be activated in the script (it currently doesn't do this on the frontend) and activate them in a General category also I will probably just have URL, maybe company name, maybe email, maybe phone, maybe social media in the CSV files, the script should be able to work with the information it can get from the CSV
