Adult Video Script Site needs work

I need someone that can add some features on my site. The script I'm using is the Adult Video Script. Features: 1. Upload Progress Bar - The script comes with information on how to get this to work but I'm not able to do it. 2. Upload Error - When I click on "Upload" it gives me an error message. I need this fixed. 3. Visitor Online - I want to add a Online Visitors which shows all the visitors that are currently online. 4. Remove Ad Spaces - I want the ad spaces to be removed. I don't need them there. 5. Video Upload Description - When a member uploads a video I want them to be able to also add a Description (optional). 6. Video Size - On the video page, the video should be the same size as pornhub videos are. 7. Recommend Videos - On the sides of the video where Advertising would go, there will be Recommend Videos which will show videos that are similar. 8. Remove AVS branding 9. Video Resolution - 720 and 1080 Player This is everything that I need, please bid the exact amount that you'll charge. Any automatic bids will be ignored. NO CHANGING BID AMOUNT AFTER BIDDING UNLESS I CHANGE SOMETHING IN THE DESCRIPTION OR ADD A FEATURE.
