Advise on performance of 2 PHP data munging scripts -- 2

I have a data munging scripts that are currently taking cumulative 7 seconds to bring an answer (I'll forward the scripts themselves) along with the input JSON that is being munged:
1. Its 20-25 rows being looped through a standard set of transformations and extended with more metrics from these transformation, before being output as another fatter JSON array. This is part of the array.
2. The other part is taking the resulting JSON and inputting it into a series of 'overall' calculation; the result is a separate overall JSON piece
Both of these are then passed back to the client side in a web application.
There is no need to get it up and running but I'd like you to take a look at the code and input JSON (the JSON comes from an API so I don't have much control over it) in terms of structure, functions used etc and advise me on how I can cut that 7 seconds down as much as possible. You'll need to respond not just with notes but also the literal PHP code that replaces it, in terms of replacement functions etc.
This is quite an open-ended task but won't take long for a skilled PHP advisor. Please state how many years experience you have and also umbrella - a password so I know you read this fully :) All other responses will be deleted.
