Hi, yes i have done this before, with IAM we can create a S3 and setup a group of users fir use the bucket. The resources we need is the AWS account subscription buy one S3 and decide the size and the type better works for your needs. Also the name of the users we may include in each group. Cheers

Hi, I have extense experiene working with files metadata and upload/download or Folder strucutre in s3 buckets. 1)I'll use Langauge based on File types . Like if it's Image file . Then i'll use Nodejs for Backend And React For frontend. And if you'll upload different extension of Files . i will use Python for it. 2) Yes I've created a Project like this before. 3) For server resources it depends on file types and the size of files .

For the queries you listed 1. Depends , do you want a specialised application? If so use Java , if it’s just an aws function , say lambda , even shell script would suffice, and maybe some javascript library like react for interaction of its required 2. Yes 3. Depends on your deployment view. As I said , if you just need a small function , you don’t need physical servers . But if you are looking for an enterprise level scalable application which can be accessed from internet hosted in aws , then starting from deployment view. Ec2 instance , and associated load balancer , cloud front to filter the traffic , then route53 , rds(if you are relying on metadata) and the other configurations of those like record set and certificates , and of course s3 But I m still not sure if this is just a POC or a full fledged enterprise deployment. Based on that it can be just done in a local Bare metal machine as well , like if you have an old laptop and WiFi , we could just host it as a local server and expose that to internet with an fqdn. Just need to make sure it resolves to right ip Create a service account in aws which have access to boto3 apis for collecting metadata from aws aliasing your credentials and rest is straight forward. 5 pages of code and done if it’s just a POC
