Backend developer - PHP, CI, MySQL

Looking for a Backend developer who has excellent skills in PHP, Codeigniter, MySQL, Java and JScripts.
Must have decent English communication. Ability to work in a fast paced project and MUST meet set deadlines. Must also work with GitHub
1. Web app development / modification
2. Understand and improve on Webapp templates
3. Develop /Modify API for Mobile app consumption
4. Keep documentation up to date
5. Full time availability
6. Deliver error free code withing given timeframes
7. Develop test cases and scripts, document them, test and produce error free results
8. Be available after 7.30 pm upto 12.00 midnight for discussions and calls
9. Follow all documentation requirements
10. MUST DELIVER to given time frame
11. Use GitHub for code integrity and Google docs for all documentation and testing data
12. Identify areas for improvement and communicate them so they can be taken up for work later in the project.
13. Must be willing to post project on an hourly basis for Maintenance.
Start date can be Oct 1st.
Rs. 60,000 (Sixty thousand) per month. This is fixed
If you are unable to meet deadlines of the project DO NOT APPLY.
1st 2 weeks will be trial period to judge your capabilities.
Must respond with "RATE ACCEPTED" in response. Must execute client NDA.
