Barcode to show on Prestashop Invoices

We require the order invoice on prestashop to have a barcode that includes the following data:
Customer Name
Address
Reference No.
Customer Telephone
Customer Email
So that we can scan and book parcels on our courier service, DX.
We currently have to type the customers details in one by one when booking collections, this will speed up our packing process.
